On July 14th, Jason and Jenn officially became the Skaifes, and we could not be more excited. They were married in a beautiful church downtown followed by a super fun reception at the Rice hotel complete with yummy food, dancing, drinks (for those that are not about to have a baby) and a photo booth filled with hilarious props. Once the reception ended, Jason and Jenn had planned an after-party in the same room rehearsal dinner was held. They had a slide show, more late-night drinking and dancing and little sliders to snack on to keep everyone's energy up. A fantastic time was had by all. The weekend could not have been more perfect, and we are thrilled for the happy couple.

Pre-Wedding Beautification
Jenn was so kind to hire a few hairdressers and makeup artists to come and make us all beautiful before the wedding. We all met in her suite at the Magnolia hotel at 8am the morning of the wedding. We had breakfast to snack on courtesy of some of the bridesmaids and all had fun getting ready together. I had never had airbrush makeup and fake eyelashes before, but I must say I loved them both. It was so great to be pampered for the morning. Thanks so much Jenn!!
Jenn reading her card from Jason. She laughed and cried while reading it. I love those sweet moments.
Beautiful mom and daughter
We took a limo from the hotel to the church. It was raining when we left, but the weather ended up being really nice once the wedding began and for the rest of the evening.

Somehow I didn't get any pictures of Jason and I on the wedding day and don't have any pics of the actual wedding. I am going to try to get some from the photographer and will update with those later.
