June Recap

Once we got back from our beach trip at the beginning of June, the rest of the month was filled with lots of pool time, going to b-day parties, a laundry room remodel and time just enjoying the lazy, long days of summer.  Here is a picture dump of the rest of our June.

Addie made herself a fort to watch a movie.  :)

Dad was busy harvesting grain on the farm.  I just love this time of year and the excitement it brings.  It is the culmination of a long year of hard work for my family.  I am so proud of my Dad!

I am a total failure at taking progress pictures of our remodeling projects.  Apparently, I have no "befores" of our laundry room and just a couple of "in progress" pics.  I need to take a few now that it is complete to share.  Long story short, we replaced the tiles to a fun, patterned tile, stacked the washer/drier and built lockers with hooks, etc to hang backpacks.

We also changed out the pedestal sink to a built in vanity and added chair railing and paint to the attached half bath.  I love the end result, and it is so much more aesthetically pleasing and gobs more functional.

I walked in Ad's room and she had all her little animals lined up for a parade.  This girl LOVES all things animals and is always organizing they and sorting them.
